Artist's Description
1963 was the third year in this truck series and the last year that the truck featured a curved glass windshield, a common design theme in all of GM’s brands during this era. Also in 1963, the truck no longer offered torsion spring suspension but coil springs and marker lamps now carried the federal governments’ mandated orange/amber color.
These cars can be visited at the Murphy Auto Museum in Oxnard, CA.
